Nancy Braun has 16 years of experience as a Top Producing Real Estate Broker. She is a graduate of Cornell University & SUNY Buffalo School of Law and member of BAR in New York and Washington, D.C. She is currently a licensed broker in both North Carolina and South Carolina.
She formed Showcase Realty, LLC, a Certified Woman-Owned Business, to expand on her experience, knowledge and superior negotiation skills, and her direction and leadership brings this real estate company to a higher level. Her expertise in the field has gained her recognition as one of Mecklenburg’s 50 Most Influential Women of 2012, Business Leader Magazine’s Top 50 Entreprenuers of Charlotte and the 2011 LACE Trailblazer Category ll Award for her participation in the free enterprise system by taking risk and being innovative!
She leads the REO, general brokerage and the short sale division, while runing a separate company, Showcase Property Management, LLC. She now has three office locations; Pineville, Gastonia, and the newest office in the HUB zone of Charlotte, which was opened in 2012!
